Click on RUN

Check I Accept the Conditions, and then click NEXT

Click NEXT

Check As an application, and then click NEXT.

Click Done

There should be a black moon in your bottom right hand task bar. Double click it.

Go to Task, and then click on NEW TASK.

Uncheck Create separated backups using timestamps (helps speed up restore). Check Incremental. Do not click on OK yet.

On the left side go to Files. Under source click on add and directory. And add your folders. Under Destination click add and FTP site. Under Host put 68.253.13.62. Type in your Username and Password we gave to you.

Go to the left side under Schedule and you can put in when you would like it to run. Now click OK.

Click on Tools then Options

Click on Engine and uncheck Park the first full backup
